No. Quantity x 100g balls Version 1: col A 22 2 col B 25 1 col C 12 1 col D 36 1 Version 2: col A 36 2 col B 12 1 col C 25 1 col D 22 1 Measurments: Diameter 35cm (13¾n) Needles: 1 pair 4.50mm (US 7) needles Tension/Guage: 20 sts and 24 rows measured over 10 cm (4in), st using 4.50mm (US 7) needles Additional Requirements: 40cm (15¾in) round cushion insert 2 large buttons Cushion Back: Using col A, cast on 14 sts. Row 1(RS) K1, * k into front and back of next st; rep from * to last st, k1. (26 sts) Row 2(WS)(and all alt rows) Purl. Row 3 K2, * m1, k2; rep from * to end. (38 sts) Row 5 K1, * m1, k3; rep from * to last st, k1. (50 sts) Row 7 As row 5. (66 sts) Row 9 K1, * m1, k4; rep from * to last st, k1. (82 sts) Work 3 rows in St st. Row 13(RS) K1, * m1, k5; rep from * to last st, k1. (98 sts) Work 3 rows in St st. Row 17(RS) K1, * m1, k6; rep from * to last st, k1. (114 sts) Cont to inc on every foll 4th row, adding an extra st after each m1 as before, until there are 12 sts after each m1. (210 sts, 44 rows) Work 3 rows St st. Cast off. Front: Work as for back in color sequence as foll: Using col D, cast on 14 sts. * 2 rows col D. 4 rows col C. 2 rows col D. 2 rows col A. 2 rows col B. 4 rows col C. 2 rows col A. 4 rows col B. ** Work from * to ** once more. (44 rows) 3 rows col D. Cast off. Making Up: Press pieces gently, using a warm iron over a damp cloth. With WS tog, sew front and back pieces together using edge to edge st (or method preferred), leaving an opening big enough to fi t cushion insert through. Insert cushion and sew rem of seam.
